Denyal has a background in visual effects and motion graphics as well as dance. Something that inspires her is seeing how other people use their creativity, which in turn allows her creativity to flow when tackling a project. She loves watching America's Funniest Home videos and Mark Rober and Dude Perfect on YouTube as well as Marvel movies with her family. Outside of work, Denyal’s life revolves around her two daughters and husband. She and her daughters are all dancers! She’s been teaching all different genres of dance; tap, jazz, lyrical, ballet and modern for almost 8 years, and has been dancing for 37 years.

Stasia has been doing photography since she was 15 and got her real start working with local musicians across the Green Bay area about a year after getting her first camera. Since then she’s worked for two arts organizations, a political campaign, and a newspaper while freelancing. Towards the end of high school, Stasia discovered a love of film and decided to pursue an Associates Degree in Digital Media and Technology from Northeastern Wisconsin Technical College. Her parents and friends have supported and encouraged her throughout her creative career, and ultimately they are the reason why Stasia keeps doing what she loves. In Stasia’s free time, she loves discovering/listening to new music, playing pool, camping, and spending quality time with friends old and new.

Ally has a background in photography and graphic design. A Wisconsin native, she attended St Norbert College and now owns a small wedding and portrait photography business. She worked as a graphic designer for three years before starting at BC. Her friends are what inspire her, sharing their smart and insightful creativity, making her want to improve her craft and grow as a person. Ally has a love for classic lit and tends to gravitate toward critically acclaimed novels like The Secret History and All the Light We Cannot See. Outside of work Ally loves to go hiking, staying active, planning themed photo shoots, and visiting local coffee shops.

Rachel graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a major in Radio/TV/Film. After graduation, she moved to Door County, WI and worked as a photojournalist for 3 years. Once she returned to the Fox Valley area, Rachel joined the BC team. She’s always been interested in the way media can make others feel; it is this emotional connection that has led her to pursue a career in photography and videography. Rachel has a small black cat named Pickles and she recently got engaged. Outside of work you’ll find Rachel traveling and taking photos around the world! Her favorite activity on a rainy day is to watch movies and she’s a huge reality TV fan!

Michael’s creative specialty is mixing his strong analytical skills with his proficient knowledge in digital marketing to consistently produce high-quality work. He is most inspired by his faith in God - Colossians 3:23 which says "Whatever you do, work as if you are working for God." Michael believes in fulfilling his purpose by doing everything to the glory of God and counting others greater than himself. Michael’s favorite music artist is Lecrae, saying that his authentic music has inspired him through very tough times in life. His favorite sports team is the Milwaukee Bucks. Family is important to Michael - he has a twin brother named Jake. While they are not identical, they are very close & share a lot of similarities including a passion to never grow up and stay childish but also stay diligent and stand on business when the time is right. Michael and his wife Jordan have a golden doodle named Poppy who can never do anything wrong in their eyes. They enjoy lake days at their family cabins and Bible study with close friends.

It all starts with strategy for Jordan. He has eight years of experience helping brands grow by creating thoughtful, differentiated content that drives results. He's worked in B2B, saas, and startup spaces—developing go-to-market strategies, leading social strategy, and launching content assets (e.g., podcasts) to build trust and community. Jordan enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time with his wife and daughter. He is also the host of "On Marketing," a podcast where he interviews top marketers in the industry. Through these conversations, he synthesizes insights into ideas and strategies that he shares with his clients.

Trisha has a degree in Graphic Design from UW-Milwaukee. Her artistic roots run deep, inspired by a childhood spent on a dairy farm and countless hours outdoors. It was through 4-H that her passion first bloomed—snapping photos of farm animals and wildflowers, then turning them into fair-worthy entries. These early moments sparked a lifelong love of design and photography. Today, Trisha and her sister run a wedding photography business where they capture the authentic, unfiltered moments that make life beautiful. When she’s not behind the camera or designing, you’ll find her watching Friends, Law and Order or The Lion King and you can bet she’ll have a great snack while watching.
