Heading into the busy season for the jewelry insurance industry (Thanksgiving-Valentine’s Day), Jewelers Mutual Group made it a priority to significantly step-up their efforts on social media. However, the internal team by itself did not have the bandwidth needed to do so.
Within a three-month period, the BConnected team was able to partner with the internal Jewelers Mutual team to produce 121 videos and over 400 photos to rejuvenate their social media presence within their busiest season of the year.
As the partnership has moved forward after that time, we have developed ongoing strategies, new workflows, and continual content creation efforts in an effort to develop a growing presence on social media for months and years to come.
